With over two decades of human resources leadership experience, Ashleigh Owens excels at building teams, implementing scalable processes, and being an agent of change within matrix-based organizations. An integral part of the K12 Coalition’s senior leadership team, she works across all levels of management to strategically align human capital with business initiatives to ensure goals are met.
Prior to joining K12 Coalition in 2022, Ashleigh worked as head of human resources at LexisNexis and Confluence Technologies. She earned her B.A. from the University of Virginia and resides near Charlottesville, Virginia, with her husband and children.
