Catina has worked in PreK-12 education for 28 years—as a teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, principal, and central office administrator. She remains an adjunct professor in Virginia preparing future school administrators.
Her passion centers around leadership development and systematic processes for educator effectiveness. She leads our service delivery team, which partners with districts to support leadership and instructional coaching, Leadership Academies, strategic planning, and equity audits.
Catina believes that all students can receive a quality education when a stable learning environment, effective instructional design, and a culture of accountability have been established. She has spent her career committed to leadership development. Catina earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Winston-Salem State University in North Carolina. She holds a master’s degree in educational leadership and a Doctorate in educational foundations/leadership from Old Dominion University.
A Virginia resident, Catina spends her free time enjoying live concerts, traveling, and crafting.
